Kelly's Reaches for the Sky
The 1,125-square-foot deck overlooks Pennsylvania Avenue to the east and holds 110 customers, some in the open air, and some under weather-protected seating. It also has multiple flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans and heaters, air-conditioned restrooms and a full-service bar.

What was it that Kelly was found not guilty of? Absolutely nothing. The newspaper clip is from when rapper R. Kelly was found not guilty. We won't get into details about that one.
