Kelly's Reaches for the Sky

The 1,125-square-foot deck overlooks Pennsylvania Avenue to the east and holds roughly 110 customers, some in the open air, and some under weather-protected seating. It also has multiple flat-screen TVs, fans and heaters, air-conditioned restrooms and a full-service bar. Rain, snow or sunshine- this deck is open!
